The “Mozarthof” project had a lively history up until its current use as the “ZIB Shopping” shopping center in the commercial part (parts of the underground car park, ground floor and first floor) and as a residential complex with 153 residential units from the 2nd floor (mixed property with rental and owner-occupied apartments). This homepage is intended to give interested parties an insight into the Mozarthof, as well as to provide a platform and access to the building for the residents, preferably in several languages.
